What makes us different?
Unlike a lot of other residential plumbing companies, we don’t pay a commission to our staff based on sales and we only charge a flat rate. This helps our customers rest assured that they know the price of a service before it ever begins, and that they won’t be upsold on something they don’t need.
I have worked in the plumbing industry for over 15 years, and the biggest thing that bothered me was the way companies were being run and how customers were treated behind the scenes. Asterion will change this by paying our staff a fair wage, not upselling customers on products or services that they don’t need, and being incredibly open and transparent with every customer we have.
